YSL Arty Ring.

I got my beautiful gift in the post the other morning and I almost died from excitement. I had seen this ring on a few hands, including a friend at work & a lady at a train station and it caught my eye. Its such a statement ring and the beautiful oval stone comes in all different colours, its chunkyness appealed to me, its so unusual and definitely worth the money. I have been lusting over one for a while now, but after my 21st birthday I thought I would make use of some money I got from the family. I love the vivid turquoise against the bright gold, its absolutely gorgeous. & It only took 4 days to deliver from the US, very impressed. 

I can't take it off! 

Best Birthday Weekend.

I had the loveliest 21st birthday this year, starting with an early garden party shared with my beautiful friend.. which was such good fun, and so nice to see everyone.

 This weekend my birthday has been great.. including shopping, fancy restaurant, theatre, getting lovely cards and gifts, and finally having the family over for a day in the sun with a ton load of cakes too..! 

I just cant wait now for my trip to San Diego in a month!

Todays Nails.

This gold leaf design is a looovely OPI nail colour with bits of gold leaf I have torn and out on top. I just got a pack of 25 sheets of imitation gold leaf from a craft shop, cheap!

 It was inspired by my beautiful friend Michelle Q, who had Rococo gold leaf nail varnish one day at work, on top of a beautiful emerald green nail varnish a while back, and I LOVED it. Rococo is a clear nail varnish with bits of gold leaf in and it looks so lovely. It's quite an expensive nail varnish, at £25, and being the person I am, I just found a way to create it myself!

Birthday Scones.

It was my lovely friend Sophie's 21st Birthday last Wednesday, and spent the day in the sun with beautiful scones with jam, cream, raspberries and strawberries. Beaaaaautiful.

We are having a shared garden party this year for our 21st birthdays, on this Saturday 9th July, as our birthdays are spaced by about a month, with mine being on the 23rd July. I've spent the last few days making more icing roses and decorations for the cupcakes and we have loads more to do but getting more and more excited!
